OBJECTIVES
To create a mobile app on Android and iOS platform for online reservation at Sushi Tei outlets. To create a mobile app to help greeters with queues management at the outlets.
CHALLENGES
Simple and Effective UX/UI: The UX and UI had to be simple and intuitive to make reservation process easy.
Data Integration with Outlets: The app for customers must be integrated with the queueing system at every outlet, including POS, queue display, and printed queue number. For greeter at outlet, a mobile app that can run on a tablet device was needed to manage the queueing system and tables availability.
Implementation in Outlets: Installation process needed to be done at every Sushi Tei outlet along with the provided supporting hardware.
SOLUTIONS
Mobile Apps Development: We developed a mobile app on Android and iOS platform for customers to make online reservations. We also developed an app to help greeters at outlets manage queues and tables.
UX/UI Design: The UI and UX were built to make it easier for customers to make a reservation. Meanwhile, for the greeters, they could use the app to easily manage table availability and queue status.
Reservation System Development and Data Integration: We developed an online reservation system that is synchronized with the queue system at the outlet, including queue number, queue display, queue printing device, POS system, as well as app for outlet greeters.
Support: We helped outlets to setup the app. With the app, customers could now make reservation easily, while queues could also be handled smoothly for better service at the outlets.
